TheHappyRecruiter is currently looking for the next UK Marketing Manager (m/f) of FAGE (please pronounce FA-YEH!) to join the European Headquarter based in Luxembourg.
In this position you will be part of the Marketing Team and you will be based in Luxembourg, you will report to the Marketing Director, and you will manage your countries in autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of development and implementation of FAGE International marketing plans for the assigned Countries: UK and Ireland first (other smaller markets will be discussed), in accordance with FAGE strategic approach and guidelines.
- Knowledge and understanding of consumers’ attitudes and behaviour.
- Analysis and reporting of Market figures and trends.
- Development and production of communication campaigns for different media, including point of sales.
- Cooperate with FAGE International digital team to develop and implement digital communication.
- Define media plans for the brands in portfolio.
- Manage relationships with agencies of any kind: creative, media, events, etc.
- Propose innovation strategy based on consumers’ and market analysis and research.
- Cooperate with Sales department to prepare and present brand’s activities to customers.
- Oversee performance, budget pacing and trends to meet plans goals
- Propose and apply activities and investments optimizations to improve FAGE performance and market results
- Present results and marketing plans to leadership as needed
- Manage one person who will help in all activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in marketing, business administration, or communications
- Approximately 7-8 years’ marketing roles experience in FMCG companies.
- Previous experience in the UK market -mandatory
- Communication campaigns development, offline and online.
- Passion for market and consumers understanding
- Able to develop media plans with media agencies
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- IRI or Nielsen database advanced knowledge
- English language knowledge – native preferably
- Open to relocate to Luxembourg for the job -mandatory
- Job is on-site in Luxembourg -mandatory
