Thehambleschool is looking for an individual to join the Pastoral Team focused on supporting student wellbeing. This role involves working closely with students to foster improvements in their attitude and confidence through various interventions.

The successful candidate should demonstrate skills in empathy and resilience, while also being prepared to deliver group sessions on mental health topics.

The position is term time only, working 32.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8.15 am to 3.15 pm.
