Part-Time KS1 Class Teacher (Job Share) – 4 Days per Week - Starting September
We are looking to appoint a hard-working, well-organised and enthusiastic teacher to join our supportive and committed staff team in our wonderful small school in the Test Valley. This part-time post is based in Key Stage 1, teaching our mixed Year 1/2 class as part of a successful job-share arrangement. The role is for four days per week and offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and experienced colleague.
The successful candidate will:

- Place children's learning, wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do.
- Create an inspiring and purposeful learning environment and demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies.
- Use assessment effectively to support children's progress and build upon prior learning.

- Be reflective and committed to continually developing their own practice.
- Demonstrate resilience and effective workload management strategies.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
