An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team here at Grateley Primary School. Grateley Primary School is a small, friendly village school with a real family feel. We are a supportive, kind, and hardworking team. We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to support the Head Teacher and School Business Manager from 1st September 2026. Your role will be vital in assisting with the smooth running of the school, including general daily administration, attendance tasks, and being the first point of contact for families and visitors. Working alongside the School Business Manager and the Head Teacher, you will help maintain our strong attendance culture and manage new admissions. Above all, we seek a team member with a positive approach, attitude, and a strong aptitude for admin work.
Hours: 8:30am - 1pm, five days a week, term time plus INSET days only.

- Support the head teacher and school business manager with daily administration, attendance, safeguarding and new admissions tasks.
