Prospect School is a specialist SEMH school for boys aged 11–16. Every student has an EHCP and our administration team plays a central role in creating a calm, organised and welcoming environment for students, families, staff and visitors.

We are looking for a professional, approachable and highly organised Administration Assistant to support reception and the day-to-day operational running of the school office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Alongside reception duties, the successful candidate will support examinations administration, including private candidates, provide administrative support to the Estates team and help keep the school office running smoothly.

The role includes:

  • Managing reception and visitor enquiries
  • Handling telephone and email communication professionally
  • Supporting examinations administration and private candidates
  • Providing administrative support to the Estates team
  • Supporting lunches, stationery and office organisation
  • Preparing documents, correspondence and records
  • Supporting meetings, events and operational processes
  • Helping maintain a calm and professional front office environment
