Prospect School is a specialist SEMH school for boys aged 11–16. Every student has an EHCP and our administrative team plays a vital role in helping the school run smoothly and safely every day. We are looking for a professional, organised and reliable Administration Assistant to support attendance, student records and key safeguarding-related administration across the school. This role would suit someone who enjoys structured processes, works accurately with detailed information and understands the importance of maintaining high-quality records in a school environment.

The role includes:

  • Managing student attendance records using Arbor
  • Following up and recording absence information
  • Producing daily attendance reports and operational lists
  • Supporting behaviour and incident administration
  • Preparing suspension and student-related correspondence
  • Supporting transport bookings and operational records
  • Working closely with staff to ensure accurate student information

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working within a school environment
  • Ideally has experience using Arbor
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
