About the role:

You will lead on establishing and developing a high-quality occupational therapy provision, supporting pupils with a diverse range of needs. This includes delivering specialist, outcome-focused interventions, embedding therapeutic strategies across the curriculum, and training staff to enhance inclusive practice. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to provide a truly holistic approach to care and education.

About you:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC and RCOT registration
  • Experience working with children with ASC and/or SEMH
  • Skilled in multidisciplinary working and delivering staff training
  • Committed to evidence-based, child-centred practice within an educational setting
