We are seeking to appoint caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. Our TAs work closely with class teachers, parents, outside agencies and our Inclusion Leader (SENDCo) to support and promote high‑quality learning for all children. Whether you are looking for full or part‑time teaching hours, the scenarios below offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across the full teaching day, contributing to a positive, nurturing and ambitious school environment.
- Scenario 1: 1 x Teaching Assistant – 28 hours 45 minutes – 8.45 until 15.30 five days a week with 60 minutes for lunch.
- Scenario 2: 2 x Teaching Assistant – 16 hours and 15 minutes – 8.45 until 12.00 five days a week (mornings) / 13 hours and 20 minutes – 12.50 until 15.30 five days a week (afternoons).
We are a happy and hardworking school with high expectations for all. All staff are committed to achieving the very best for our friendly and well‑behaved children. A genuine interest in children and their holistic learning is paramount and a relevant NVQ2 qualification would be desirable, although not essential.
