The Hambleschool is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic SENCo to join our Learning Support Team from September 2026 or January 2027. The ideal candidate will hold qualified teacher status and be passionate about inclusive education.

The SENCo will lead and develop high standards of provision for learners with special educational needs, ensuring effective teaching strategies and staff training to promote student success.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range from £32,916 to £45,352 plus TLR 2b.
