We are seeking to appoint a patient, caring, and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to work across our school working within classes 1 to 1 or with small groups or out of the classroom delivering specific interventions.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be willing to undertake relevant training to further develop their skills and expertise;
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo;
  • Deliver individualised support programmes designed by external professionals, such as speech and language therapists and occupational therapists;
  • Support children with personal and intimate care, where required, in a sensitive and respectful manner.
