Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.30pm Term time plus 1 week

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team. Qualifications:

  • Maths and English qualifications to GCSE Grade C/4 or above or the equivalent.
  • Positive & cheerful with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Warm & caring, child‑centred approach to learning and progress.
  • Ability to inspire pupils.
  • Proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with colleagues and enjoy being part of a team.
  • Flexibility while maintaining high standards.
  • Clear understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
  • Supportive of our values and ethos as a Church of England Primary School.
