The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are recruiting for Electricians to work on our NIHE Heating contract. The successful candidate will provide electrical support to the Heating Installation teams and carry out response maintenance as required in various areas including Belfast, Mid Ulster and NorthWest areas.
Reports to: Foreman
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7.30AM – 5 PM. Flexibility is required.

- Domestic electrical maintenance
- Periodic Inspection & Testing of domestic dwellings
- Heating Installation Works
- Rewires
- Smoke alarm installs
- Fuse board upgrades
Essential Criteria:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2391
- 18th Edition Qualification
- Previous domestic experience
- Valid Driver’s license
Desirable Criteria:
- Valid CSR card
- Previous recent experience working in social housing/NIHE properties
- Inspection & Testing qualification & experience
Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
