  • This role is supporting customer journey experience, diagnose what’s working what is not, to drive the metrics.
  • Maintain the ecommerce catalogue, list new products, working closely with the product team to build products from their initial vision, ensuring product descriptions SEO are optimised internationally.
  • Deliver the trading calendar activities, such as new drops, promotions and brand content.
  • Report on web and product performance on a weekly basis
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis, look for promotional/trading opportunities internationally & in the UK
  • Work closely with internal developer to improve the site and UX

The Role

We’re looking for a driven, passionate E-Commerce Trading Executive to help drive our growing online business and support international growth.

This role involves setting up and launching products, aligning to SEO site strategy and identifying areas to maximise conversion and improve customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The right candidate will be hardworking and highly organised with strong attention to detail.

The role is full time within working hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, homeworking is an option 1 day per week.

You will be required to work closely with the Trading, Brand, CRM and Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • This role is supporting customer journey experience, diagnose what’s working what is not, to drive the metrics.
  • Maintain the ecommerce catalogue, list new products, working closely with the product team to build products from their initial vision, ensuring product descriptions SEO are optimised internationally.
  • Deliver the trading calendar activities, such as new drops, promotions and brand content.
  • Brief for assets across the site, CRM and Performance channels to support key stories and activities.
  • Responsible for category page merchandising and optimisation, including attributes, tags, filters, sort rules and ensuring product accuracy on site
  • Report on web and product performance on a weekly basis
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis, look for promotional/trading opportunities internationally & in the UK
  • Work closely with internal developer to improve the site and UX
