About the role: We are looking for a Performance & Development Advisor who loves unlocking potential through engaging learning experiences. You will design and deliver learning from role‑specific Power Ups to short digital modules that integrate seamlessly into the flow of work. You will support both Gym Operations and Gym Support teams to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities:
- Training Needs & Programme Coordination: identify skills gaps and own learning activity end‑to‑end, including planning, scheduling, logistics, tracking and evaluation.
- Learning & Content Creation: design and deliver tailored Power Ups for inductions, build engaging learning programmes aligned to high‑performance behaviours, create short digital learning using Articulate 360 and partner with subject matter experts to ensure compliance, safety and fit for purpose.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with leaders and teams across the business to align learning initiatives with performance and business objectives, gather feedback and iterate solutions to maximise impact.
- Facilitation: facilitate engaging learning sessions and short, sharp learning fireside chats that are practical, relevant and energising.
- Data, Insight & Impact: track participation and performance metrics, use insight and data to continuously improve development initiatives and demonstrate impact.
About you – Essential:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Facilitation, HR/People or a similar environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with a learner‑first mindset.
- Proven experience creating engaging learning content (presentations, guides, resources, digital learning).
- Confident using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, plus virtual learning tools (Teams/Zoom).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms (Articulate, Rise, Canva).
- Highly organised, dependable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- A strong sense of ownership – you take accountability and ensure learning lands with impact.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, hard‑performance environment.

- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (L&D pathway).
