We’re looking for an experienced Account Director with hands‑on Paid Shopping experience (Google & Microsoft Ads), product feed experience, and strong online planning & buying skills.

Who we are looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in a PPC role, specifically in Paid Shopping.
  • Analytical, independent, ambitious, detail‑oriented and a self‑starter.
  • Strong experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on direct response and ROAS.
  • Proficiency with the full Google suite; experience with attribution, tracking and measurement.
  • A Meta Blueprint certification or other digital media certifications is a plus.
  • Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Experience liaising with senior clients.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Campaign Planning / Buying: Desk research, audience data, keyword research, audience planners. Research and contribute to presentation creation. Brief media owners, compile audience data and buying details. Prepare detailed media schedules and supporting rationale. Review previous campaign performance for trends. Negotiate and buy media post sign‑off.
  • Campaign Setups: Paid Search / Shopping: Google & Microsoft Ads – setup, activation, review for best practice. Paid Social: Facebook and other platforms – review, implement best practice, liaise on tracking code implementation, collaborate with traffic partner. Manage monthly media schedules and budget allocations per platform. Ensure campaigns go live on time, troubleshoot issues. Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance. Manage budget pacing and spends across platforms, campaigns, ad sets and groups. Analyse performance to produce strategic insights and recommendations for efficiency.
  • Campaign Reporting: Maintain dashboards; conduct weekly calls to discuss performance. Liaise with senior and mid‑level clients on all elements of their online plan. Contribute to pitch presentations as required. Excellent client service and multitasking; coordinate media proposals, implementation plans and results presentations. Clear, concise writing and persuasive presentation style. Well‑rounded media planner and buyer with strong media mix understanding. Supervise media buying and rates; strong negotiating skills. Commercial acumen: understanding income streams and profitability, identifying new revenue streams, proactive awareness of industry changes, ensuring financial admin is up to date.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Pro‑rated holidays: 20 days for full‑time contract, 15 days for 9‑month contract.

  • Closed between Christmas and New Year.

Timings: Expected June start to allow overlap with colleague on maternity leave. Hybrid: two days per week at central London office, Euston.
