Position: A Stock-Controller in our Flagship store in Regent Street. On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will welcome our customers and offer them a personalized and emotional experience. Your responsibilities include developing customer loyalty, improving the store's client portfolio, handling transactions and stock, and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily supplies.
- Respect delivery processing deadlines.
- Ensure proper stock management: receiving deliveries, checking the quantity and quality of items, labeling and putting away products.
- Organize the daily restocking of the sales area.
- Manage supplies based on feedback from managers, shortages, and delivery anomalies.
- Manage defective products, pending delivery discrepancies, returns, and product transfers.
- Monitor and regulate stock levels (negative, defective, etc.) using computer systems.
- Check anti-theft devices on the sales floor and in the storeroom.
- Ensure the application of stock procedures.
- Organize daily inventories of the sales area and stock.
- Organize the storage space and keep it tidy.
- Establish stock reporting for the sales outlet.
