A full time Stock Controller position, located at our boutique on Kings Road.
On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will:
- Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom environment.
- Manage stock intake, support with deliveries and transfers when needed all in line with company procedures.
- Support the store manager and team with accurate stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies promptly to their line manager.
- Process and fulfil online orders accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders following company guidelines.
- Troubleshoot fulfilment issues and liaise with store manager and customer services when needed.
- Process online returns efficiently and within the company guidelines.
- Work closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational performance.
