About the role
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Recruitment Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis to support our busy recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing services to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the recruitment process

Manage and update candidate, client, and vacancy data using CRM systems

Processing vacancy booking confirmations to candidates and clients

Respond to queries and deliver excellent customer service

Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and compliance standards

Assist with reports, documentation, and general office administration

What we\'re looking for

Strong administrative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)

Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
