Paralegal – Property Department Location: Leamington Spa Salary: Competitive Hours: Full-time, permanent We\’re recruiting for a reputable law firm seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This role offers variety, client contact, and the chance to progress files from instruction through to post-completion. Key Responsibilities * Providing conveyancing quotes and opening new files * Handling client enquiries and updating clients, estate agents, and brokers * Preparing files for exchange and completion * Supporting fee earners with dictation and general admin * Updating LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems * Submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions * Managing post, client, and office ledgers * Working within CQS guidelines Requirements * Minimum 2 years\’ experience in Residential Conveyancing * Knowledge of LMS, Lender Exchange, Land Registry * Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills * Accurate, detail-focused, and team-oriented * Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems (Tikit advantageous) * Flexibility to work across offices if needed Apply Today If you\’re an experienced Property Paralegal ready for your next challenge in a supportive firm, please submit your CV for consideration
