We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for the role of Registry Officer on a temporary contract until mid June 2026 to help support the registry team and provide professional administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain manual and electronic records relating to students
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with accurately, efficiently and courteously
  • Work effectively and independently as part of a team, developing positive working relationships
  • Assist in all areas of the team at times of peak activity
  • Updating internal systems and using Excel to transfer and collate data from the information gathered

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office software
  • Organisation

Hours / Pay Rate:

Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with an hour lunch. Paying 12.71- 13.23 p/h.
