We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Recruitment Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis to support our busy recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing services to clients and candidates.

About the role

You will play a key part in keeping recruitment operations running smoothly, handling data, supporting consultants, and ensuring a professional experience for candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across the recruitment process
  • Manage and update candidate, client, and vacancy data using CRM systems
  • Processing vacancy booking confirmations to candidates and clients
  • Respond to queries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and compliance standards
  • Assist with reports, documentation, and general office administration

What we are looking for:
