Paralegal – Property Department
Location: Leamington Spa

We\’re recruiting for a reputable law firm seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This role offers variety, client contact, and the chance to progress files from instruction through to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities
Providing conveyancing quotes and opening new files
Handling client enquiries and updating clients, estate agents, and brokers
Preparing files for exchange and completion
Supporting fee earners with dictation and general admin
Updating LMS, Lender Exchange, and case management systems
Submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
Managing post, client, and office ledgers
Working within CQS guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years\’ experience in Residential Conveyancing
Knowledge of LMS, Lender Exchange, Land Registry
Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
Accurate, detail-focused, and team-oriented
Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems (Tikit advantageous)
Flexibility to work across offices if needed
