Paralegal – Property Department | Leamington Spa | Full-Time (35 hrs/week)

Our client, a LEXCEL-accredited, CQS-member firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Paralegal to join their busy Property Department based in Southam (fully office-based).
You\’ll support Fee Earners across a variety of conveyancing matters – from preparing and progressing files to liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Expect a fast-paced, supportive environment where your organisational skills and accuracy truly shine.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Managing client communications and updates
- Handling file setup, completion, and post-completion processes
- Submitting registrations and dealing with requisitions
- Ensuring compliance with AML, CQS, and internal procedures
Qualifications
- At least 1 year\’s experience in a Residential Conveyancing team
- Confident understanding of the conveyancing process
- Familiar with LMS, Lender Exchange, and Land Registry systems
- Strong client care, communication, and admin skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
