We're recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a growing business in Coventry. This role combines inbound/outbound sales, account management, and customer service, supporting both customers and the external sales team.

Key Duties:

  • Handle inbound enquiries and generate new business
  • Proactively contact customers and follow up quotations
  • Upsell/cross-sell to maximise revenue
  • Process orders and maintain CRM records
  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries
  • Support external sales team and meet sales targets

About You:

  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or telesales
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
