thefutureworks are currently recruiting a part time Cleaner for Coventry University London Campus in Dagenham, Greater London. The role will be part time working 15 hours a week Monday - Friday from 06:00am - 09:00am. THIS ROLE IS BASED IN DAGENHAM PLEASE ENSURE YOU LIVE WITHIN A REASONABLE COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO RM10 7BN.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake the full range of cleaning duties as directed on a day to day basis.
- Cleaning duties to include communal areas, stairs, corridors, lift entrance and the emptying of waste bins and removal of rubbish to appropriate collection points.
- Report any concerns/queries to the Domestic Team Leader.
- Use the full range of cleaning equipment and materials to ensure cleaning is undertaken in accordance with agreed specifications and work schedules, to an excellent standard.
- Clean all types of surfaces, fixtures and fittings using appropriate methods, equipment and materials.
- Comply in all aspects of work with COSHH and Health and Safety legislation.
Skills and Experience:
- Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning activities.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information:
- Part time 15 hours a week between the hours of 06:00am - 09:00am Monday - Friday.
- Location: Dagenham RM10 7BN.
- £13.61 per hour.
