Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join their growing team and help improve product data standards across the building materials industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel and data management skills who enjoys working collaboratively with customers to improve data quality, consistency, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer product data within the platform
- Support customers through onboarding and data improvement processes
- Review datasets, identify gaps, and provide data quality insights
- Produce data completeness and quality reports
- Resolve data-related support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Apply data governance standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in product data, PIM, or data governance environments desirable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookups/formulas essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
- Knowledge of GS1, ETIM, or product data standards beneficial
