We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Post Completions Assistant to support their busy Residential Property team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong post-completion experience who enjoys working in a process-driven, detail-focused role.
Key Duties:
- Handling all post-completion work from completion to archiving
- Submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions
- Updating LMS, Lender Exchange & case management systems
- Managing post - scanning, allocating & filing
- Supporting fee earners with dictation and administration
- Managing client/office ledgers
- Working within CQS guidelines
- General administrative support to the Property team
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ months' experience in a residential conveyancing post-completion role
- Knowledge of Land Registry, LMS & Lender Exchange
- Ability to read/understand Office Copy Entries
- Excellent accuracy, organisation & communication skills
- Confident with MS Word, Outlook & case management systems (Tikit advantageous)
- Strong team player with a professional approach
- Flexibility to work across different office locations if required
