An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events & CRM Executive to join a fast-growing, market-leading manufacturing business based in Coventry.
Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the company's marketing and CRM strategy, with responsibility for organising UK and international events, managing the CRM system, and delivering targeted marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organising internal and external events (UK & overseas)
- Managing relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting event promotion and marketing materials
- Managing and optimising the company CRM system (Workbooks)
- Delivering targeted email and marketing campaigns
- Analysing event and campaign performance
- Identifying and generating new sales leads
Requirements:
- Marketing and/or events experience
- CRM system experience
- Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp/Spotler preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
Benefits:
- £25,000 - £32,000 salary (DOE)
