We are recruiting a Careers Coordinator to join a well-established organisation in Warwickshire on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our careers resources are up to date, relevant, and reflective of the ever-changing job market. You will work closely with stakeholders, industry representatives, and training providers to ensure that individuals have access to the most current and valuable career insights and qualifications.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Careers Strategy: Help to deliver our vision by developing links with key stakeholders and industry partners, ensuring career resources are aligned with sector opportunities and training pathways.
- Event Organisation & Outreach: Organise, attend, and promote career-focused events across the UK to raise awareness of opportunities and connect individuals with employers and training providers.
- Maintain Online Content: Keep our digital platforms up to date with relevant sector information, training options, and career advice.
- Career Enquiries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming career-related enquiries, offering accurate, helpful, and timely advice.
- Resource Development: Assist in the creation of new career resources, case studies, and sector-specific content to enhance our offering.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective careers messaging.
About You:

You will have:
- Experience in Career Engagement: Proven track record of engaging with students, external stakeholders, or industry representatives in a career-related or education environment.
- Knowledge of Education & Training: Familiarity with the post-16, post-18, apprenticeship, and training sectors.
- Industry Experience: A background working within the education or training sector, or a related organisation.
- Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: The ability to engage and influence a range of contacts from students to senior stakeholders, with a confident and personable approach.
- Strong Organisational Abilities: A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Content Creation Confidence: Comfortable developing and delivering engaging, high-impact content for a variety of audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in IT, online platforms, and basic research.
- Driver's Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the travel requirements of the role.
