We are recruiting for a New Business Development Manager to join a well-established and growing precision manufacturing business in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of new business generation, manage the full sales cycle, and play a key role in driving company growth.

The Role

  • Identify and win new business opportunities within manufacturing/engineering sectors
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals
