We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Student Accommodation Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team on a 3-month temporary basis from 1st July - 1st October. This is primarily a Customer Service/ Administration focused role, supporting the end-to-end management of accommodation processes, systems, and documentation, while also assisting with customer queries via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all back-office customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage and resolve accommodation-related queries from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant
- Support system users and troubleshoot issues (e.g. bookings, contracts)
- Assist with reporting, data input, and administrative processes
About You
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Accurate and efficient data entry and record management experience
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Windows-based programmes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of customer service
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Location - Coventry City Centre
Hours: 08:30 -17:00 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover required
Duration: 3 months
