Key responsibilities * Managing outstanding debts and supporting cash collection. * Responding to customer and debtor queries. * Setting up and maintaining payment plans. * Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations. * Processing invoices, adjustments, discounts and fee waivers. * Investigating failed payments and resolving payment queries. * Supporting month-end, audit and reporting activities. * Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. * Working closely with internal teams and external partners when required.
