President Kennedy School is seeking an excellent Teacher of Health and Social Care to join our team. The role supports our commitment to building brighter futures for all students and focuses on enhancing the learning experience and personal development of young people.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and assess instruction in Health and Social Care, ensuring curriculum relevance and high learning standards.
  • Use innovative, dynamic, and creative teaching approaches to inspire students and encourage active participation.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
  • Identify and overcome barriers to learning, supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Teacher status (or equivalent) with a passion for Health and Social Care.
  • Strong educational background in Health and Social Care, with evidence of effective teaching practice.
  • Excellent team‑working skills and the ability to inspire others.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Additional Requirements

  • Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check and a Social Media check.
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
  • Candidates should have a valid driving licence if required for the role.
