Thefuturestrust is seeking a qualified SEMH Mentor to support students at Coundon Court School. The role involves providing tailored one-to-one and group mentoring to help learners facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Working under the Inclusion Manager, you'll assist students in engaging with their lessons and accessing necessary resources. The position is full-time at 37 hours per week, throughout the school year, with checks prior to hiring.
