This role is an exciting opportunity for an Estates Projects and Compliance Manager who will provide effective and efficient strategic and technical management of premises projects and site compliance, ensuring the Trust’s estate is fit for the future and aligned with its strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and technical management of premises projects.
- Lead on compliance, health & safety and environmental initiatives.
- Ensure the estate meets current and future statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain high standards of learning environments that support educational excellence and long‑term organisational sustainability.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate, construction or facilities management.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and environmental planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Enhanced DBS check and social media check will be required for successful candidates.
Contract & Benefits
