Role Overview
The Apprentice Site Services Officer will support the Site Services Team with the day‑to‑day operational management of the school premises, ensuring that buildings and grounds are fit for purpose and compliant with relevant health and safety, security and safeguarding requirements. The role involves maintaining a safe, secure, clean and well‑maintained school environment.
Contract Details
- Fixed‑term contract
- 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, all year round
- Shift rota between 6 am and 7 pm
Qualifications
This apprenticeship will build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to successfully complete a Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship and will result in an IWFM Level 2 Certificate in Facilities Services Principles. The role welcomes applicants from all educational backgrounds. Please refer to the Education and Qualifications section of the person specification for further details.

Applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and a Social Media check as part of the safeguarding process. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 11th May 2026.
