Joining a niche Resource Planning Team that plan, schedule and real-time manage the attendance of home-based medical appointments for a patient network spanning the UK – you’ll be tasked with scheduling within an assigned region, developing effective relationships with your bank of Nursing professionals, and ensuring on the day attendance to the home-based appointments are met. This opportunity would suit a Planner / Scheduler / Real Time professional with energy, first class communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work at pace when required to mitigate service level challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate nurse schedules so the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
- Manage real-time changes and challenges with confidence and speed.
- Keep planning systems accurate and up to date.
- Spot trends and risks to improve future planning.
- Ensure compliance with safe working practices and regulations.
