Hybrid: 2 Days onsite per week

Salary: £38,000 ~ £45,000 + Bonus + Broad Flexible Benefits

We’re recruiting a Forecasting & Demand Planning Insights Analyst to join an established and progressive Operations Forecasting & Planning team who provide analytical, forecasting and demand modelling expertise for both Contact Centre and a large-scale national Field Resource functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build accurate short- and mid-term demand forecasts for National Field Resource and Contact Centre operations.
  • Analyse large datasets, identify key drivers, and translate insights into clear planning recommendations.
  • Use SQL, Excel, and Power BI to create models, reports, and daily/weekly forecasting outputs.
  • Work closely with Resource Planning and Operational teams to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time to meet frequently fluctuating demand.
  • Monitor forecast performance and continuously improve accuracy.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Advanced modelling experience (forecasting, demand planning and capacity planning).
  • Advanced Excel with ideally some SQL skills; Power BI or similar BI tool experience.
  • Background in forecasting, planning, or operational analytics (field or contact centre desirable).
  • A clear communicator who can explain insights in a simple, meaningful way.
  • Well organised, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
