Do you enjoy turning data into smart, actionable workforce plans? Can you balance customer demand, service levels, and resource efficiency in a fast‑paced environment? Are you confident using forecasting and scheduling tools to drive performance and improve customer outcomes?

What you'll do:

  • 12‑month fixed‑term contract working closely with the Reporting and MI Manager, you'll use Business Intelligence to forecast operational performance and plan resource allocation effectively.
  • You'll play a key role in ensuring Service SLAs are met and exceeded, while balancing resource efficiency, cost control, and regulatory requirements to support Novuna's commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Use EWFM or a similar workforce planning tool, alongside other systems, to produce accurate workload forecasts and resource plans.
  • Create and manage shift patterns for Customer Service teams to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Support a strong governance framework by following best practice processes and maintaining a compliant, well‑controlled working environment.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Resource Planner, with a strong analytical mindset and a data‑driven approach to workforce management.
  • Hands‑on experience using tools such as EWFM (or similar) to forecast workloads, plan resource requirements, and optimise schedules to meet service demand.
  • Confidence in interpreting performance data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost control.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with operational teams to adapt plans, respond to changing demands, and consistently deliver against SLA targets while supporting regulatory requirements.
