How you'll make a difference

The Planning Optimisation Analyst will create and maintain workload volume forecasts and model colleague resource requirements for customer-facing teams. This includes analysing volumes such as new mortgage and savings account openings and translating insights into actionable workforce plans. You will work closely with key stakeholders and use our workforce management tools to inform hiring strategies and workforce decisions, ensuring optimal staffing and customer experience.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience in a Resource Planning function in a front‑office or back‑office environment
  • Exposure to Workforce Management solutions (preferably Calabrio)
  • Proven analytical skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Confident communication and experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and at pace, staying calm and adaptable as priorities shift
