What you’ll do:
- Manage commercial and contractual relationships with key Partners supporting the Customer Service Group, aligning with Sky’s strategic objectives.
- Act as the central liaison for internal stakeholders and external Partner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Lead the negotiation and agreement of KPIs and commercial terms that deliver optimal value for Sky.
- Implement and oversee a robust Risk and Reward framework to drive Partner performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and govern Partner activity to mitigate risk and maximise operational outcomes.
- Ensure Partners operate in line with contractual obligations and take decisive action when performance or compliance issues arise.
- Conduct due diligence and strategic evaluation of potential Partners to ensure alignment with Sky’s values, goals, and service expectations.
- Act as a key escalation point for resolving challenges within Partner relationships, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Partners, the wider CSG Planning team, and key internal stakeholders to ensure shared success.
- Work closely with internal teams to align Partner objectives with Sky’s operational goals, customer outcomes, and brand values.
- Present partnership strategies, performance updates, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Proven track record of engaging multiple third-party stakeholders at executive level.
- Strong stakeholder influence and relationship building skills at all levels.
