Overview

In this role you will accelerate growth in the premium independent restaurant segment across key UK cities, building a high-quality pipeline and leading end-to-end negotiations with top hospitality operators.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to articulate The Fork’s B2C and B2B value, and you’ll spend about half your time in the field engaging restaurant owners, chefs, and managers.

This is an opportunity to shape relationships with high-end venues and drive strategic acquisitions that scale our premium footprint.

You will be a key internal reference for the premium independent segment and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and onboard new premium independent restaurants in UK cities (AA Guide, fine dining, high-end concepts)
  • Analyze target markets to identify high-value restaurants for The Fork
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline via outreach, referrals, market mapping, cold calls, and in-person visits
  • Lead meetings and product demos with owners, operators, chefs and general managers to present The Fork’s value
  • Manage the pipeline from initial contact to negotiation and closing
  • Share market insights and restaurant intelligence with the sales team
  • Key requirements
  • 4+ years in B2B sales, key account acquisition, hospitality tech, Saa S, marketplace, or restaurant-related sales
  • Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, negotiate and close deals independently
  • Experience with premium, high-value or complex accounts
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication; adapt pitch to different restaurant profiles and decision-makers
  • Credibility, confidence and professionalism with owners, operators, chefs and GMs
  • Resilience and positivity in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
