What you will do:
- Manage the relationship with our customers, the restaurants.
- Offer personalized service once they have joined TheFork network.
- Ensure your Restaurant portfolio generates significant revenue with TheFork month over month by selling TheFork solutions to the Restaurants.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide support, mainly through email and phone, to your client portfolio and help them with their positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing.
- Set up action plans defined with Sales and Marketing departments.
- Work closely with our team of Marketing Restaurant Offer to develop promotional plans for your portfolio.
- Negotiate favourable win-win conditions, allowing the restaurants to optimize their margins and increase the seat-occupancy rate.
- Monitor and take actions to ensure restaurants comply with our T&CS and quality policies.
- Ensure support and training to use our tools.
- Express user requirements and work with other departments to constantly improve product relevance of TheFork websites and applications.
Your KPIs will include (but not limited to):
- Monthly revenues generated by the restaurants in your portfolio.
- Promotions available across your portfolio.
- Maintaining and reducing our Churn Level.
- Number of restaurants part of the YUMS/SUPERYUMS program across your portfolio.
- Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals.
Who you are:
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
- At least two years of experience in account management or a closely related role.
- A self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
- Confident and comfortable conducting negotiations and commercial conversations over the phone.
- Strong understanding of revenue management-related topics and commercial performance levers.
- Analytical yet creative, able to propose tailored solutions that genuinely add value for customers.
- Quickly establish trust and build credible, long-term business relationships.
- Work autonomously and manage KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality.
You Can Impress With These Additions:
- Experience within the Internet, digital, or tech sector.
- Proven background in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of activity, including 20–50 daily inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience handling large portfolios, managing between 300 and 800 accounts.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain organised under pressure.
