About Us
The Finance Family is a Directly Authorised (DA) mortgage and protection brokerage serving clients nationwide. We've recently partnered with several estate agencies, prompting us to grow our team to accommodate increased demand.
The Role
In the role of a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you will engage with a steady stream of warm leads from one of our trusted estate agencies, which seeks a dependable advisor to collaborate with their sales teams. You will work from the office a few times a week, but outside of that, you have the freedom to work remotely at your convenience. This position offers the independence of self-employment with the benefits of DA-level flexibility, tailored support, and a partner agency providing consistent quality leads.
Why Being Directly Authorised Matters for You
- Increased Autonomy & Flexibility: No restrictive network rules, product limitations, or insurance panel constraints.
- Ability to offer quicker, more tailored advice: without unnecessary red tape.
- Higher Competitive Earnings: DA structures generally lead to better commission splits, fewer fees, and more income retained by you.
- Enhanced Adviser Support: compliance support is direct and responsive—not filtered through a large network; our DA status allows us to create support systems focused on advisor success.

- More time for client consultations and business growth
