Your Role as Spa Therapist
You will be an essential part of the Albamhor Spa team, delivering a wide range of treatments and contributing to a tranquil and memorable spa experience for every guest.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing a full suite of treatments including massages, facials, and manicures/pedicures, tailored to individual guest needs.
- Ensuring each treatment leaves our guests feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and cared for.
- Actively promoting spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experiences and generate revenue.
- Maintaining a calm, clean, and welcoming spa environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A passion for wellness and guest care, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence and capability in delivering consistent 5-star service standards.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and awareness of latest wellness trends and techniques.
- Strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with LQA standards (preferred).
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is essential.
- The right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
