The award-winning Fife Arms—a 5‑star retreat in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, and recipient of the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler Triple Crown and two Michelin Keys—is seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking Front of House Manager.

About the Role

As Front of House Manager, you will lead a dynamic Front Office team to deliver seamless, intuitive, and personalised guest experiences. You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, maximising room revenue, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards and character of the Fife Arms. You will work in alignment with our core values, operational standards, and business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, warmth, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring the highest standards of service at all times
  • Drive guest satisfaction and revenue performance across rooms and guest experiences
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, resolving challenges proactively
  • Uphold LQA standards and continuously enhance the guest journey

About You

  • Proven experience in a 5‑star luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong understanding of LQA or Forbes service standards
  • Experience using Opera Cloud PMS
  • A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Passionate about developing people and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship is not possible for this role
