The Person
You are a fun, friendly and well‑presented individual. You are a great team worker and are passionate about customer service and eager to make a difference to our guests’ experience. You have experience in Food & Beverage environment or in customer service and enjoy contact with people.
The Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all hotel guests, neighbours and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the restaurant until they leave
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Resolve complaints or issues guests might have
- Maintain friendly and professional service at all time
- Upsell and maximise sales and revenue
Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage hotel or Restaurant experience is desired
- Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
