The Fellows House in Cambridge is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor for the Night Shift to lead overnight Front Desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee check-ins, use OnQ PMS and related systems, coach the night team, manage wage and revenue considerations, and ensure brand standards and security across the shift.
Eligible candidates have 1–2 years supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication for nocturnal hours.
