The Person

The Role
- Have our front of house showcase style while holding a welcoming feeling, ensuring our Guests feel like they are our extended family, assist with making The Fellows House Glisten.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Guest to hear their thoughts, even Dreams.
- Main entrance to be glistening.
- Clean all front of house areas.
- Poolside, Changing rooms and Rest rooms to be cleaned and maintained.
- Replenish consumable items.
- Keep trolley and service rooms clean and tidy.
- Requisition and control supplies of cleaning material.
- Report any maintenance work required.
- Undertake extra cleaning duties as assisted by Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure the security of our guest’s and The Fellows House.
Requirements
- UK citizen or valid work permit.
- Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.
- 3 years previous experience of a senior management role in a Hilton product using OnQ.
- Proven ability to oversee the Rooms Division and manage costs effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety Laws.
- Sales and Marketing aptitude.
