The Person

The Role
- As a F&B Assistant Bartender, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to all hotel and external guests.
- You will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails and drinks in our fantastic bar.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the bar until they leave.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints or issues guests might have.
- Maintain friendly and professional service at all times.
- Upsell and maximise sales and revenue.
- Craft fantastic drinks and cocktails.
Requirements
- UK citizen or valid work permit.
- Previous Food & Beverage hotel or Restaurant experience is desired.
- Previous experience in a high volume/fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
